I’ve been using Pure Smiles since I moved to Lima years ago. They removed my wisdom teeth and they’ve been my go to for cleanings. They’ve always been very professional and very nice! Recently my daughter needed teeth removed for braces and I was probably more nervous than she was, but all went well and once again I was pleased with Pure Smiles! Thank you! I always highly recommend whenever someone asks for a dentist.

I had a first time visit for a broken filling/tooth. I dread going to a dentist but it went well. Chris attended to me and was great. She was calm, listened and gentle. It helped a lot and was appreciated. Thanks again!

The office is easily accessible, the staff is friendly, the Dentist are great. They have a number of dental hygienist so scheduling is easy. I’ve gone to that office over 50 years. I’ve always been treated well.

My husband is a patient here. He is speech impaired from a stroke and has always had dental anxiety. He does use sedation, but the most important aspect is how attentive his hygienist, Brenda, is. She is exceptional at putting him at ease and watching for visual cues of any discomfort. She is caring and thorough. We are impressed with all the staff there from the receptionists, to the dental staff.

My 6 year old daughter and I have been attending this practice for routine dental service now for a couple of years. We overlap our appointments, and have an efficient and pleasant experience every time (we have rarely spent more than 3-4 minutes in the waiting room). I have consistently had the same dental hygienist, Holly, who is always warm, gentle, thorough, and fun to chat with. My daughter feels confident and comfortable during each of her visits, too. We're very happy to have found this practice!

My experience at the dental office could not have been more pleasant (and here I thought I would never say that in LIFE)! I had Vladimir as my Dental Assistant and he has probably the best bedside mannerisms I have ever experienced. He will make a wonderful dentist someday and deserves a raise! My teeth look and feel fantastic! The rest of the staff are super friendly and knowledgable. Definitely recommending this office to my people!! A+++++++!!!

Pure Smiles is a wonderful practice and Krystal is amazing! As someone who has dental anxiety, she makes treatments smooth and easy. Her confidence and ability to communicate with the patient throughout the process are top-notch and make me feel like I’m in good hands.
